Email us at info@hudsonrealtyca.com and request a viewing of the rental. We will ask you a few qualifying questions and send over a few forms so that we know that you really are you! We will set up a time for you to view the rental.
So now you have seen the rental in person, and you really, really love it!
Now what?
Click the “Apply Now” button on the listing you love.
Follow the prompts on the application. Remember, everyone who is 18+ will need to fill out their own application.
There is a fee associated with rental applications, as you may already know. This fee covers the costs of running credit and background checks.
Once you submit your application, our skilled property management team receives and reviews your application.
We hope it’s a perfect fit for you! And if it is, we will call or email you to let you know you have been approved!!
Once the excitement settles a bit, you will need to provide us with the required move-in funds (we’ll let you know the amount) and proof of renter’s insurance (not too expensive and super important), and sign our tenant agreement (basically agreeing that you will be a great tenant).
We’ll provide you with the keys to your new rental, take a cute picture to capture the moment, and you will be off to the next adventure!
